Welcome to the Blossom Cider Pairing Dinner! Join us on Thursday, April 24 at 6:00 PM at the Cider House for a delightful evening of delicious food and cider pairings. Indulge in a unique dining experience where each course is expertly paired with a selection of our exclusive ciders. Menu is inspired by the beginning of Spring in the Orchard, which we call Blossom Season! Tickets are $65, including gratuity, and are 21+. • First Course: Spring pea tart, balsamic, chevre, horseradish pickled shallot paired with Gimme the Juice
• Second Course: Asparagus and white bean panzanella, burrata, tomatoes, local focaccia, spring onion, basil paired with Tremlitt's Bitter
• Third Course: Fire roasted lamb chops, fiddleheads, morels, wild garlic, ramp & turnip mash, mint pistou, preserved lemon paired with Cidewineder 2
• Fourth Course: Rhubarb & apple buckle, ice cider caramel, cheddar crumble paired with Maple Wooden Sleeper
